Our hosts in Eden NY, Barb and Joe, met us with open arms and an open home well stocked with food, booze and great company. They were very helpful instructing us on the best ways of visiting the local sights and sampling the local fare. We spent hours talking and bird watching in their back yard where we saw our first Peleated? Woodpecker, the Woody Woodpecker type. Joe smoked us some mean BBQ chicken and we washed it down with wine.
Niagra Falls was a first for obi and a return visit for C-lo. We came, we saw, we got soaked. We stopped off the main drag for Chicken Finger Sandwiches. Lindsay, Colleen's sister-in-law, said they were a must have, we agree.
