We were denied our much sought after showers this morning by the encouragement of a recommended mechanic, Rob the F'ing Man, to get the Blazer into the shop as soon as possible. After we dropped it off for new spark plug wires, apparently a common problem on that truck, a stroll around downtown Barre was in order. It is a nice little town with very friendly locals and just enough stores to handle all of life's concerns. On our journey we discovered a thrift store with a hair salon inside it. Bren will be getting his hair cut there tomorrow fo'sho. The car ended up being $200, she runs/starts great now. What a money pit. We now dub the car Betsy...Betsy the Blazo. The rest of the day was straight chillin with a little booze.
